Some ex-National Institute of Infectious Disease are from the infamous 731 unit as well as Sakae 1644 unit. If someone wants to complain about the inhuman actions of the 731 unit, that person must check out how the members received better status through their actions after the war.

It's current location of the new organization is at Shinjyuku-ku Toyama 1-23-1 in Toyko. The site is known for the ghost stories and ghost sitings. The area was plain field after the war, and 50 years later, they made the plan for building a new building. During the construction, the workers found over 100s of skeletons and some of them have artificial processing. Other bones have holes from pistol bullets or sword cuts.
ことの発端は平成元年、厚生省の予防衛生研究所（国立健康栄養研究所）の建設の時。このあたりは空襲で焼け野原になり、終戦後からずっと空き地になってい た。そして50年の年月を経てようやく建物が建つことになったわけだが、なんと工事中、おびただしい数の人骨がこの土地から出土したのだ。
新宿区がその骨を鑑定すると、次のような結果が出た。
まず、人骨の数は１００体を越えるということ。しかもそれは単一の人種のものではなく、そのうち10数個の頭がい骨には人為的な加工の跡があるというこ と。その他にも、拳銃で撃ち抜かれた穴や、刀で切られた跡が残っているものがあるということ。

The east side of the area has a large number of medical institutions. The Japanese Army Medical School located there during the war.
