Food terrorism through the radioactive contaminated meat

The radioactive food sales can damage both sellers and the restaurants. A rival company can sell the cheap meat through the informants within the food distributors to damage the rival's sales. You never know how useful these radioactive contaminated beefs are in a business intelligence. What if a food processing company like Japan Hxm buy them and produce hams? They can store it for awhile and mix with other beefs to reduce the contamination ratio - like 2% radioactive contaminated beef and 48% non-contaminated beef with 50% of water and other ingredients. That makes the product to pass the safety test.

セシウム検出牛：愛知流通分　県、情報収集進める

　暫定規制値を上回る放射性セシウムが検出された牛肉が、あま市内の焼き肉店１店で流通していた愛知県は「ほかに流通している可能性を否定できな い」と情報収集を進めている。同店がこの牛肉を購入したのは「たまたま注文先に在庫があり、偶然だった」（県担当者）という。同店は残りの肉２．７５キロ を冷凍庫で保管しており、近く東京都が回収する。

　県生活衛生課によると、この牛肉は福島県南相馬市の畜産農家から出荷された黒毛和牛６頭のうち１頭のもので、５月３０日に東京都内の食肉処理場で 処理された。その後、少なくとも都内の二つの食肉流通業者を経て、今月２日、同店が「和牛バラ肉」として５．９キロを購入。既に３．１５キロを客に提供し た。

　県が東京都から連絡を受けたのは１１日午後６時２４分。店名は特定されており、約３０分後には保健所職員が店に駆け付け、立ち入り調査した。「放 射性セシウムに汚染された可能性がある」との説明に、店関係者は「本当ですか」と驚いた様子だったという。【加藤潔】

Minami-Souma in Fukushima prefecuter asking evacuees o return to their homes

The foods and catles in Fukushima got above the legal limit of Cesium and other radioactive contamination. But the local government is asking people to return to their homes. You know why? The local government needs manpower for the local commerce. These evacuees don't get any insurance or health benefit even when they return. The article saying the people should not treated by the authorities where they got refuge. It's funny how local authorities treat TEPCO well for its failure on solving the radioactive material spreading even after 4 months. Japanese authorities love picking on the weak and try to ignore the problem of the big companies. Minami-Souma authorities are asking people to come back even the local cows got contamination. People's health is really ignored, isn't it?

　◇県内に２０００人「なぜ今」戸惑い

　福島県南相馬市が市外の全避難者約３万２０００人を対象に、８月末まで避難施設を退去し、自宅や市内の仮設住宅などに入るよう求める文書を１２日 に発送することが分かった。同市は「いつまでも受け入れ自治体の好意に甘えるわけにいかない。自立するために目標を設ける必要がある」としている。震災か ら４カ月が過ぎても福島第１原発事故が収束できない中、山形県内の避難者からは「なぜ今なのか」と戸惑いの声が上がっている。【前田洋平、安藤龍朗】

　南相馬市によると、帰還計画は体育館や公共施設などの１次避難所の避難者については７月末までに、旅館やホテル、雇用促進住宅など２次避難所は８ 月末までに退去するとしている。同月末まで同市内に約２４００戸の仮設住宅が完成し、入居希望分を満たす見込みが立ったという。

　同市は、福島県が８月末をめどに県内の避難所を閉鎖するとした方針に基づき、計画を立てたとしている。同市の避難者は主に福島県内に約１万人、新 潟県内に約２６００人、宮城県内に約２２００人、山形県内には約２０００人いる。同市の佐藤幸雄地域振興課長は「放射線のリスクは知見が分かれており、計 画を避難者の方に強制するわけではない」と話している。

　市は１２日から米沢市などで説明会を開く。

　一方、突然浮上した市の方針に県内の避難者は戸惑いを隠せずにいる。県は２次避難所について、「目安として９月３０日まで確保し、延長もあり得 る」（県広域支援対策本部）としていたため、避難者は自主避難か地元に戻るか、想定よりも１カ月早い決断が迫られる。

　自宅が原発から２０～３０キロ圏内にある建設会社社長、木幡竜一さん（４７）は、米沢市のホテルに小学生の娘ら家族と避難。「南相馬の牛からも汚 染が確認されたのに『帰ってこい』はおかしい。安全を考えるならば、むしろ『帰ってくるな』と言うべきで、方針は理解できない」と困惑する。

　県建築住宅課によると、米沢市の借り上げ住宅や県営住宅、雇用促進住宅などは満室状態。最近は福島市や伊達市などから避難者が増えており、木幡さ んは現状に逆行するような市の方針に疑問を感じるという。

　「ホットスポット問題など不安が募る中で、自宅やその周辺の仮設住宅に戻ってほしいと言われても説得力がない。仮設住宅の確保は避難を終わらせる 理由にはならない」と困惑する。今は自宅に戻るつもりはないという。

　２５キロ圏内に住む無職、但野雄一さん（３０）は原発内で１０年以上働いた経験がある。避難後、長男が生まれた。生計を立てるため大型トラックの 免許をとったが、就職先は見つかっていない。

　「山形の企業は『就職してもいつか福島に戻るのでは』と気にしている。南相馬市から『戻ってこい』という話があれば、もう雇ってもらえないかもし れない」と不安がる。乳児を抱えて、福島に戻ることはためらいがある。「避難者の意見をもっとくみ取って判断してほしい」と話す。

The recent nuclear plant accident shows how far the government can extend its censorship including the German weather forecast system to stop showing the radioactive material flows from the plant everyday to the musicians banned from the major concerts.
Japan is a country with dictatorship of politician generations. When someone questions about the Japanese system, the one will lose the social status and get the pressure in the society. I'm already on that side as I became the COINTELPRO victim while studying in the US. So, I'm free to share information about Japan and how far the Japanese system is away from democracy.

Democracy is an illusion. People have right to speak up, but they are silently targeted by the Public Safety officers and the SDF COINTELPRO teams. But it's better to share the knowledge in order to make more people stay away from such real problems. If you speak up, you would become an outcast in Japan nor other countries.
